This is the online portfolio of work by Matthew Thompson. I currently reside in Austin, TX and am continuing my education at The Art Institute of Austin to gain a degree in Graphic Design. Although I chose this career path many years ago I refuse to stop learning and progressing my craft. Through this site I offer many forms of graphic design, illustration, print design, type design and other forms of art. I am skilled in Adobe Software (including but not limited to: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and Corel Art Software (Painter 11), for my digital illustrations and paintings I use a Wacom 11"x16" Intuous3 tablet. For illustrations I use various drawing pencils, pens, prismacolor markers and 14"x17" bristol and 14"x17" Bienfang 360 Marker paper. I also offer acrylic paintings on small scale canvas. I am no longer offering website design until further notice. I am located in the greater downtown Austin area and am available upon request of appointment.
